Initiate Your Request
Log into your Leader Online account and select the 'Return Item' option next to your order history to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective padding are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
